ABCUL will unveil a major new chapter for the Association at its rebrand event taking place next Tuesday 14 April.

This event represents a key moment for the Association, as it prepares to step forward with a refreshed identity and a strengthened approach to supporting and representing our members.

During the afternoon session, attending members will receive a first look at ABCUL’s new brand. This marks a clear step forward in how we present ourselves and our role within the sector. The rebrand introduces a significant evolution in our visual identity, which will be unveiled exclusively at the event.

The event will also introduce ABCUL’s new digital engagement platform, which from Tuesday 14 April will become the central hub for member updates, resources and advocacy content. This platform will be the primary way members access Association information going forward, with full details on how to access and use it shared with all members on the day.

In addition, the event will introduce the new ABCUL Affiliates, designed to build stronger partnerships that support credit unions and strengthen the wider movement.

Matt Bland, Chief Executive of ABCUL said: “This rebrand represents an important step forward for ABCUL and the credit union sector. It reflects our ambition to strengthen how we support, represent and connect our members, while ensuring we are well positioned for the future.

“This is particularly important in the context of our future ambitions, including the newly announced common bond reforms, the Government’s financial inclusion strategy, and the Credit Union Transformation Fund delivered by Fair4All Finance. Alongside a new visual identity, we are introducing new ways for members to engage with us and with each other, helping to build an even stronger, more collaborative movement.”
