Mental Health Foundation’s annual Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 11–17 May 2026, bringing together organisations, workplaces and communities across the UK to raise awareness, challenge stigma and encourage positive action to support mental wellbeing.
This year’s theme, Action, highlights the importance of moving beyond awareness and taking practical steps to improve mental health outcomes for ourselves and those around us. The campaign also shines a spotlight on the growing impact poor mental health is having across society, with around one in five adults in the UK experiencing common mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.
To mark the week, All Together Money is hosting a dedicated online webinar focused on men’s mental health, led by Data & Information Manager, Andrew Naden.
Taking place on Thursday 14 May at 2:00pm, the session will explore the impact mental health disorders have on men across the UK, why mental health challenges can affect men disproportionately, how symptoms may present differently, and practical actions individuals can take to support positive mental wellbeing.
The webinar also aligns with Wear it Green Day, organised by the Mental Health Foundation, which encourages people across the country to wear green and spark conversations around mental health.
“Mental health affects people from all walks of life, yet many men still feel unable to speak openly about the challenges they face,” said Andrew. “Mental Health Awareness Week provides an important opportunity to encourage conversations, reduce stigma and share practical support that can make a real difference. At All Together Money, we’re proud to be supporting the campaign and creating space for open and honest discussion around men’s mental health.”
The online session is open to All Together Money members who would like to learn more about men’s mental health and the practical actions that can support positive change.
