The Credit Union Foundation has officially launched the latest cohort of its CU Futures leadership programme, welcoming participants to the All Together Money office this week for the start of their year-long development journey.
Now in its 11th year, the programme continues to support emerging leaders from across the credit union movement, helping to develop the next generation of professionals who will shape the future of the sector.
The new cohort spent the launch day meeting fellow participants, learning more about the structure of the programme, and hearing from members of the All Together Money team, including Chief Executive Matt Bland, All Together Money President Emma Norledge, and Chair of the Credit Union Foundation Emily Harrison.
CU Futures has built a strong reputation across the movement, with 101 graduates from 50 credit unions having completed the programme to date. These alumni form a growing network of leaders already making a significant contribution across the sector.
Programme Manager Jake Hatch, himself a former CU Futures participant and graduate, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome this year’s CU Futures participants and officially begin another exciting programme. CU Futures continues to play an important role in developing people from across the movement, giving participants the opportunity to build their confidence, broaden their understanding of the sector and create lasting connections with peers from across the country.
“As a former participant myself, I know first-hand the impact the programme can have, both professionally and personally. I’d like to congratulate everyone selected for this year’s cohort and wish them every success as they begin their CU Futures journey.”

- Hannah Harrison – Just Credit Union
- Jake Jeremy – Knowsley Mutual
